MatchaNote is a professional application designed to assist practitioners of the Japanese tea ceremony in documenting their lessons and monitoring their progress. It also serves as an educational resource, providing detailed information about various aspects of the tea ceremony and the Way of Tea, including traditional seasonal terminology for tools and confections.

Recording Lessons: As students advance through their lessons, remembering all tips, terminology, and procedural details can become increasingly challenging. MatchaNote facilitates this process by enabling users to easily record each lesson through an intuitive on-screen guide, allowing for convenient review at any time.

Adding Personal Notes: In addition to the application's standardized elements associated with the tea ceremony, users can create and attach personal notes regarding specific aspects of their lessons. This feature supports personalized learning and reinforces understanding.

Capturing Visual Moments: The aesthetics of the tea ceremony — including tools, kimono attire, traditional confections, and interior spaces — are integral to its beauty. MatchaNote allows users to capture and incorporate photographs into their lesson notes, offering a means to reflect on and appreciate these moments of elegance and serenity.

Tea World Encyclopedia: To deepen understanding and enjoyment of the Way of Tea, the app includes an integrated dictionary and encyclopedia covering related topics. Premium members gain access to expanded content with more detailed information about Sadou (the Way of Tea).

Please note: * MatchaNote requires login via Facebook or Instagram. * The content and lesson structure primarily follow the Urasenke school’s standards.

Premium Service: For $3.99 per month, subscribers can access enhanced features, including: - Expanded Sadou encyclopedia details - Bookmarking favorite encyclopedia pages - In-depth information on Sekki (seasonal ceremonies) displayed on the main page

Subscriptions continue automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. To cancel, navigate to Settings > User Name > iTunes & App Store > Your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions, and select cancellation options. Please note that already purchased subscriptions cannot be canceled retroactively. Payment is processed through iTunes at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, with renewal charges applied accordingly.
